• "How do I send my photos?"

  • If you're in Georgina, ON or nearby, I offer free local pickup and drop-off right at your doorstep. If you're farther away, we can arrange a meetup in Georgina or the surrounding area. Alternatively, you're welcome to mail your photos via FedEx or another tracked service (return shipping, & at your own cost).
    Please note: KeepScan is not responsible for any photos lost or damaged in the mail — so be sure to pack them securely and use a reliable carrier.
    

• "Will You return my originals?"

  • Absolutely — your original prints will be returned to you once scanning is complete.
    

• "Is there a minimum number of photos?"

  • No minimum!
    However, for orders of 50 photos or fewer, there's a flat rate of $30.
    

• "What if my photos are damaged?"

  • We offer photo restoration services for an additional fee ranging from $25 to $150 per photo, depending on the level of repair needed.
    Once I’ve seen the photo(s), I’ll provide a personalized quote based on the time and work required.
